Alfalfa-based pellets to feed and deworm in 1 step. For Cattle and Swine. CATTLE DOSAGE One lb deworms 1,000 lb. of cattle. 5mg fenbendazole per kg body weight in a (1) DAY TREATMENT. No prior withdrawal of feed or water necessary. When feed containing Safe-Guard has been fed for 1 day at recommended rates (see product pkg), a total intake of 2.27mg fenbendazole per lb of body weight is assured. Retreatment may be needed after four to six weeks. Example body weight 200lbs give 0.2lbs. 500lbs wt - 0.5lbs, 1000lbs wt - 1lbs RESIDUE WARNING: Cattle must not be slaughtered within 13 days following last treatment. For dairy, milk discard time is zero hours. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves for veal. Consult your Vet. SWINE DOSAGE - 4.08 mg fenbendazole per lb body weight (9 mg fenbendazole per kg body wt to be fed as the sole ration over a period of 3 to 12 consecutive days. No pre-slaughter withdrawal for swine.
