LEPTOFERM-5 10 DOSES - ZOETIS - Leptospira Bacterin. For the vaccination of healthy swine and cattle against Leptospirosis caused by L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. hardjo, L. icteroaemorrhagiae and L. pomona. DOSAGE: Administer IM a single 2 ml. dose for cattle and two 2 ml. doses for Swine three to six weeks apart. Repeat annually with a single dose for both cattle and swine. CAUTION: 21 Day slaughter withdrawal.
