Show Program

Thank you for making our show program such a success! Covid is still impacting our day to day lives but we are learning to live with it and continue to do what we love. We thank each of you who participated in our show program last year. For those of you who qualified and submitted your award application, we look to have those awards by the end of January. We apologize for the delay! 


This show program offers rewards along with opportunities for one on one consultations with our team of Show Program Leaders, access to equipment and access to feed representatives that we partner with. We will continue to sell Show-Win Show Beef feed, Sunglo®, Purina®, Show-Rite® and Umbarger® feed and supplements. We are now also able to get Kent® Show Feed Products. We try to stock as many items as we can but it can be challenging to keep up with everyone’s feed programs. If we don’t have something in stock or know you will be using a certain product, please let Tish Maki or Katlyn Cook know and we will get your products ordered for you. 


Those who sign up will receive a Winchester Co-Op show shirt and a $15 Southern States gift card. Participants will also receive a Winchester Co-Op buying card, this will allow you to receive 7% off show feed & supplements, 5% off on show supplies and 15% off Twisted X. We have worked tremendously hard and expanded our Sullivan Supply selection. However, if there is any product that you need and we don’t have it, let us know! We can special order any Sunglo®, Purina®, Show-Rite®, Umbarger® and Kent® feeds or supplements and any Sullivan Supply® and Weaver Leather® products. We can usually get any special orders within 5 to 7 business days (sometimes sooner). Please note that you will need to show your buying card to the cashier when checking out so we don’t miss your discount! 


This year participants who win Grand or Reserve Champion will receive a Winchester Co-Op vest and a $50 Visa gift card. Winners of the class divisions will receive one Sullivan Supply product of their choice up to a $25 value and a $15 Southern States gift card. All winners must turn in their reward application to one of our locations within 30 days of the end of the show. There will be no exceptions for late award applications. Exhibitors can only enter for 1 Grand or Reserve Champion award and 1 class division award in a years’ time. To be eligible for any awards you must have purchased a minimum of $500 worth of product from us.
